Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mikroseo, a service that builds and maintains blog websites and generates written content ("Service"), operated by mikroseo ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

mikroseo creates and hosts blog websites on domains you own or control, generates written content using artificial intelligence, and handles publishing, scheduling, and search-engine-related tooling (structured data, sitemaps, and indexing submissions) for those sites.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must own or be authorized to use the domain name connected to the Service, including its DNS records.
  • Content generated by AI is drafted for you, not for your clients or readers. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for its accuracy once published.
  • You may not use the Service to publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, or mislead readers about professional credentials you do not hold.

3. AI-generated content

Written content is generated with AI and may contain errors or omissions. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and neither mikroseo nor the content it generates creates a professional relationship with your readers. If your profession requires review, disclaimers, or disclosures, adding them is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

You own the content published on your site, including AI-generated content you approve and publish. We retain all rights to the mikroseo platform itself, including its software, templates, and prompts.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, which may change or discontinue their offerings. These include AI content generation (Anthropic), hosting (Vercel), data storage (Supabase), imagery (Unsplash), and analytics and indexing services (Google). Their own terms apply to their portions of the Service.

6. No ranking guarantee

Search engines and AI assistants determine rankings and answers independently. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic level, or placement in AI-generated answers.

7. Fees and term

Fees, payment terms, and service levels for your subscription are set out in the agreement or order confirmation between you and us. Either party may terminate as described there; these Terms survive termination for sections that by their nature should persist.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted here applies. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date.
