Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information mikroseo ("we") collects through mikroseo.com and its Service, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

• When you contact us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
• When you browse mikroseo.com. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. GA4 collects standard technical and behavioral data — pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser, and events such as outbound clicks, scrolls, and file downloads. We do not collect your name or email address through analytics.
• When you use the Service. For clients, we store the business information and preferences you provide (for example your firm's name, niche, tone, and domain), the content generated and published for you, and technical logs about generation and publishing.

2. Cookies

mikroseo.com uses cookies set by Google Analytics (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors. These are not used for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

3. How we use information

• To operate and improve the Service and mikroseo.com.
• To generate content, prompts and business context you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for generation.
• To communicate with you about the Service.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers

We rely on third-party processors to run the Service: Anthropic (AI content generation), Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database), Unsplash (licensed images), and Google (Analytics for our site, and indexing and analytics features configured for client sites). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Content published on client sites

Sites we build for clients are operated by those clients. Questions about a client site's content or practices should go to that site's owner.

6. Retention

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Client business information and published content are retained while the Service is active and for a reasonable period afterward for account restoration, then deleted upon request.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@mikroseo.com. We respond within a reasonable period.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the posted version applies, and the "last updated" date above will change.
